Andrew “Self” Kipp/ DJ Ace
One of the many DJs who frequents the radio room, has since recently dropped off the face of the Earth. But now, he’s coming back with his full-blown superpower of total Idiocy.
As far as his musical standards go for his radio show:
“I try to shun the use of downloaded music or anything uploaded onto the computers. Instead, I prefer the use of the origional CDs for most of the music I play. This way, you (the listener) gets almost as close to origional quality of music as possible. Sacrificing simplicity for quality is just the way I do things, eh?”
The Story of my Life!
Andrew Kipp, or Ace as he prefers to be called on his radio shows, hosts the 10-11 Ace Radio Show. When there are other people on air with him, he likes to get them involved with strange and mind-bogglingly-stupid conversations. When he’s alone on the air, you can often catch him talking to you, or more often himself, on the air about even more strange and mind-bogglingly-stupid conversations.
Now, for a brief discription of what “Manufactured” refers to, it turns out that it is a rather general, vauge term. Manufactured can refer to any music that was made for a specific purpose, IE: written for a movie or for a game. Techno music generally gets wrapped under this label, and so far, no one has raised concerns.
In previous years, Ace was the host of Classic Rock Thursdays, a radio show that, much like the name suggests, played Classic Rock every Thursday. However, with the recent bolstering of numbers in the radio club, he had to sacrifice one of his shows so that the new members had something to do. He can recall the day that CKOW was not on the air, and when there were only five, maybe six members. It always brings a tear to his eye when he thinks of how this club has grown.
When not on air rambling about random stuff, Self is known to play instruments, draw manga, blog, write novels, roam aimlessly in his own home and is involved with the W-O Say So.
